The purchase of property rights is required to fish the pond. This fee grants permission for up to 4 guests with up to 4 sets of rods and tackle to fish the pond for the duration of your stay. You may purchase an additional license to allow for up to 8 participants if needed.
Catch and release only. You are not permitted to keep any fish caught.
You may not use the boat.
Participation in pond fishing is at your own risk. Rock Spring Mountain Farm is not liable for any injury sustained while participating in this optional activity. By purchasing this license, you agree to release Rock Spring Mountain Farm and its representatives from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expense or injury, including death, that may be suffered by yourself or your guests as a result of participation in this pond fishing activity.
